Kraut-Stuffed Banana Peppers

These beauties are a real treat.  The taste of dilled peppers and sauerkraut all in one.  Each pepper is hand stuffed with sauerkraut.  Added flavor from garlic and dill is sure to make your mouth water!  Serve whole or try slicing in rings and serve on a wheat cracker with cream cheese.  A wonderful hors d’oeuvre!
