Lime Pickle (Green)

One of the oldest and most special of all aged pickles. These sweet, crisp pickles are preserved the Old Fashioned way using dehydrated pickling lime. (Not lime fruit.) Green color is added to resemble the old pickles when they were cooked in copper kettles. The chemical reaction would turn them a vibrant green color. We also have them without color added.
